1. I have already placed an order; when will it arrive?

Once you place your order, a confirmation message will be sent to you via WhatsApp. Please note that you must reply to this message to confirm your order before it can be shipped.

If the order is not confirmed via WhatsApp, our team will reach out to you via phone call; however, this may delay your delivery by 1 to 2 days.

Normally, once confirmed, delivery takes 2-3 days for all governorates, except Upper Egypt, South Sinai, Red Sea, and Matrouh, which take 3-4 days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

2. How can I track the order I made?

3. Is it available for replacement or return?
Of course! You have 14 days to replace or return the order without giving any reason, and 30 days if any product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

4. How is the replacement process done?
By contacting us via WhatsApp at 01101033320 and sending the order details (name, registered mobile number, and the products to be replaced). Your replacement request will be confirmed and delivered to you within 2-4 days. The courier will deliver the new size and pick up the old one at the same time; you will only pay the shipping cost.

5. How is the return process done?
Also by contacting us via WhatsApp at 01101033320 and sending the order details (name, registered mobile number, and the products to be returned). Once your return request is confirmed, our courier will contact you within 2-4 days to pick up the order and deliver the refunded amount in cash (minus the initial shipping costs).

6. Is it available for inspection, or try it on while the representative is with me?
Yes, it is available. You can inspect the product and size before receiving it (by opening the package/flyer in front of the courier). If there is any issue, you can refuse the order and only pay the shipping costs.

7. Is it available for replacement from the branch?
Yes, you can visit any of our branches within 14 days from the date of delivery to replace your items. We highly recommend contacting us first to ensure that the specific pieces or sizes you want are available at the branch.

9. Can I know what is available in the branch before going?
Of course! You can contact us via WhatsApp at 01101033320 and share the product you are interested in. We will instantly check and let you know if it is available in your preferred branch.
10. Is the product Egyptian or imported?
The product is 100% Egyptian. The raw materials are spun and dyed at the top spinning and weaving factories in Egypt, and the cutting and tailoring are done in our own factory by skilled technicians according to international specifications.

11. Is the product in the pictures the one I will receive?
Absolutely. All the pictures on our website and social media pages are 100% real photographs of our actual products. We guarantee complete transparency and do not use unmatched or misleading images.

12. What are the payment methods available?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as online payments via Visa/Mastercard or Electronic Wallets.

13. Is it available to order wholesale?
