Shipping and delivery policy

  • Delivery within Cairo and Giza within 2-3 working days, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
  • Delivery to other governorates of the Republic within 2-4 working days, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
  • New Valley Province - North Sinai Province - South Sinai Province (except Sharm El Sheikh City) are provinces outside the coverage of the shipping company at present.
  • In the event of a replacement or refund request, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.
  • The customer shall not bear any additional shipping costs for replacement or return in the case of a product defect or sending the wrong product (the size was not agreed upon or different color).
  • Delivery of the exchange or refund order to the customer takes the same period as the regular order.
  • In case that the shipping representative coordinates with the customer the date and place of receipt and at the time of receipt the customer was not present, the order is considered canceled and recorded as a return, but still can be sent the next day after adding half the value of the shipping cost to the total
  • The customer could inspect the order before receiving it to ensure the product quality; in case the customer refuses to receive it, he will bear the agreed shipping costs only.
  • It's not possible to send two sizes of the same product to choose between them.
  • Partial receipt of the order is not available.

Shipping costs by region and governorate and are as follows:

  • Cairo and Giza 45 EGP.
  • New Cities (communities- Madinaty - 6 October - Tenth of Ramadan - Obour - Smart Village) 50 EGP.
  • Alexandria and Canal Cities (Port Said - Suez - Ismailia) 60 EGP
  • All Lower Egypt governorates 65 EGP.
  • All Upper Egypt governorates 75 EGP.
  • Sharm El Sheikh - Red Sea - Safaga - Marsa Alam - Makadi - Quseir 100 EGP.

Exchange and Return Policy

  • The customer could exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase or the date of order arrival in case of online orders.
  • Replacement or recovery is done only through the purchase bill of the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with Hang Tag)
  • For orders made online, the customer could exchange or return through the branch after contacting us first to ensure the availability of replacement at the branch.
  • The customer could return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Please follow the laundry instructions inside the product to maintain it for as long as possible.
